Product Warranties & Repairs
Compliance West USA products are designed and built to take the hard usage that production and laboratory environments require. We warranty our products to be free from defects in parts and workmanship for a period of one year after original sale. If it breaks during the warranty period, we will fix it, click here for details.
For warranty service, call our Support staff at (800) 748-6224 and request an RMA to return your product to us for warranty repair. An RMA number is also required for calibration and repairs.
We service what we sell
All of our products are designed and built right here in Southern California. That means we know how to fix them. Our normal repair time is one week from receipt at our location for Hipot testers (except HT20k family products), Ground Bond Testers, and Large Display LED products. There is never a charge for repair estimates, click here for detials.
Returns and Exchanges
How shall I pack the tester?
- If possible, use the original packaging material to ship the tester back to us.
- If the original container is not available, pack it tightly with at least 3 inches of packing material surrounding the tester.
- NOTE: If 3 inches of packing material is not provided, and damage results, the claim will be rejected by the freight carrier.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
30 days for Hipot Testers, Ground Bond Testers and Large Display LED products. If you bought it in the on-line store, you can return it, subject to the requirements in the Returns and Exchanges section above.

Special Order Merchandise, Custom testers, and all MegaPulse and PT-600 Testers that are sold on an NCNR basis.

Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Compliance West USA reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
Please inspect your tester carefully. If any items are damaged or missing, please call us immediately.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will be credited back to the card used. PayPal refunds will be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
