MegaPulse Surge Test Equipment for GR-1089 Issue 1 and 2, Table 4-5, and Issue 3, Table 4-9, First-Level Lightning Surge (AC Power Port)

The surge test described in this Table is conducted at 2000v maximum. Lower voltage testing may be done per Note 4.
If testing to GR-1089 Issue 1 and 2, Table 4-6, and Issue 3, Table 4-10 is also to be done, specify the MegaPulse 1.2x50/8X20-6-1, as both tests can be conducted with one tester.

GR-1089, Issue 1 and 2, Table 4-5, and Issue 3, Table 4-9:

MegaPulse 1.2x50/8x20-2.5 - Peak output voltage is adjustable up to 2500 volts minimum, peak short circuit current is 1000A minimum. A switch is provided for reversal of output polarity. Optional divider network available for oscilloscope connection.
Waveform generated is 1.2x50/8x20, V_P= 2500V. To perform the Test, the front panel voltage meter is set to 2000V, or other value specified in Note 4.

Enclosure is 19 x 3U, rack mountable (3U enclosure)
