MegaPulse 10x1000s-1 (see datasheet) - Peak output voltage is 1000 volts minimum, peak short circuit current is 100A minimum. A switch is provided for reversal of output polarity. Optional divider network available for oscilloscope connection.
Waveform generated is 10x1000/10x1000, Vp= 1000V. To perform the Surge 1 test, the front panel voltage meter is set to 600V and the 6 ohm tap is used. To perform the Surge 3 test, the front panel voltage meter is set to 1000V and the 10 ohm tap is used.
Two output taps are provided, one with Zout=6 ohm and one with Zout=10 ohm.
Enclosure is 19 x 3U, rack mountable (3U enclosure)
Outputs are isolated.

This tester is configured with two outputs for testing two-wire products in accordance with Table 4-1 Test Condition A.
Additional outputs for four-wire testing, as needed, up to four.

MegaPulse 2x10s-2.5 - Peak output voltage is 2500 volts minimum, peak short circuit current is 500A minimum. A switch is provided for reversal of output polarity. Optional divider network available for oscilloscope connection.
Waveform generated is 2x10/2x10, Vp= 2500V. To perform the test, the front panel voltage meter is set to 2500V and the 5 ohm tap is used.
Five output taps are provided, with Zoutt=2.5, 5, 8, 10 and 15 ohm.
