Calibration Services and prices:
We calibrate your tester to factory specifications using test equipment traceable to the NIST.
A calibration certificate and a calibration tag affixed to the left side of the tester is provided. Calibration is normally done on the day the tester is received, for shipment back to you the next day. We will ship your tester back to you using the same level of service you used to ship it to us, unless otherwise instructed. (For example, if you send it to us using UPS Ground service, we will return it using UPS Ground service.) Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish us to use your shipper number to return the calibrated tester, please advise us and we will do so.
We do not offer calibration to ISO 17025 Standards.
Calibration worksheets are available for an extra charge of $35 per calibration.
Repair services and prices:
Our basic service charge for repair, which includes diagnosis and minor repair, is $125. Major repairs will be quoted for approval before work is begun.
Repair prices for large display L.E.D. products have a flat rate of $75.00 plus parts.
Repair prices for MegaPulse surge testers are based on a time and materials basis.
Repair prices for HT20k family Hipot testers are based on a time and materials basis.
Repair prices for GF and GFM Ground Bond testers have a flat rate charge of $125.00 plus parts.
We do offer a one day turn around on calibration for an expedited fee of $50.00 over the normal price of the calibration service.
Repairs are evaluated and if the problem cannot be repaired for our minimum charge, a repair estimate is provided to the customer at no charge. If you do not want us to repair the tester after reviewing our quote, please provide your shipper number and we will return your tester to you.
